Welcome to Zarek. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online store at zarekk.shop and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns & Exchanges Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
Zarek offers premium menswear including coats, jackets, tops, trousers, footwear, eyewear, and accessories. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible at the time of publication. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or product line at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations in colour or texture may occur due to photographic and display settings.
4. Pricing & Currency
All prices on zarekk.shop are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Prices confirmed at the time of your order will be honoured. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
- A product is found to be unavailable or out of stock
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
- There has been a pricing or product description error
- The order appears to be fraudulent
You will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued where applicable.
6. Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect your payment information. We do not store full card details on our servers.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Zarek offers complimentary standard worldwide shipping on every order. Estimated delivery timeframes are:
- United Kingdom (Domestic): 7–15 business days
- International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination country and customs processing
All delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered items in their original condition and packaging.
10. Consumer Rights (UK)
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

All content on zarekk.shop, including the Zarek name, logo, product images, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Stratton Oakmont Digital Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zarek’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
