Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Zarek, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Exchanges Policy is here to help.
1. Statutory Cancellation Right (UK Law)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at support@zarekk.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days of notifying us.
2. Extended 30-Day Return Window
In addition to your statutory rights, Zarek offers an extended 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- The item must be in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
- The item must not show any signs of use, soiling, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or misdescribed:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original tags, packaging, or labels
- Items damaged by the customer
- Sale items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
- Eyewear and jewellery accessories, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@zarekk.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address within 2–3 business days
- Package the item(s) securely in the original or equivalent packaging
- Ship using a tracked postal service — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent by Zarek.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@zarekk.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange collection of the faulty item at no cost to you and offer either a full refund or a replacement, at your preference. Your rights in respect of faulty goods are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
- Partial refunds may be issued where items show signs of use or only part of the order is returned
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of approval, please check your bank account and contact your card issuer as processing times may vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@zarekk.shop.
