Free Worldwide Shipping

Every Zarek order includes complimentary standard shipping, regardless of order value or destination. No minimum spend required.

Delivery Timeframes

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping notification email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping. Zarek has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order. Refusal to pay customs duties is not grounds for a refund.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification and hold the parcel at a local depot. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or repeated failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for any re-delivery costs. Zarek is not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@zarekk.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, where applicable, photographic evidence of damage. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
